About Katie

Katie brings over 15 years of investment and financial planning experience to her work with clients. 

While studying Finance in college, she saw how money connected everything in our world and could be a high-impact way to help others. Katie started her career in family office consulting, and while there she conducted research on alternative investment managers. While that was a valuable experience and honed her investment acumen, she found her professional "home" when she transitioned from research to advising. 

Katie's true vocation was found sitting alongside families, listening to their life goals and purpose, and implementing plans tailored to that vision. "Financial planning is simply a language I speak to help people."

Away from her desk, Katie feels most like herself in the outdoors. Her happy place is found in the woods or on the river, and watching her young son play and grow. Katie spends as much time as possible tending to her veggie garden, homesteading her budding family farm, or baking a gluten-free, sugar-free treat. 

She's inspired by the pursuit of passions and purpose and how we all uniquely define those for ourselves - not only with our finances but our time and special gifts.
